"I am the Child Care Director for MCS and MC4. I live in Texas City. I have been in childcare for 11 years, 7 of which has been spent here at MC4. I have a Director’s license, a CDA, and First Aid and CPR certification. I am a wife and mother of two beautiful children. We were blessed that both our children were able to begin life with a private school education, and I feel strongly it was that teaching which has been the defining moment for their successes. My hope is to instill in every teacher and child at MC4 the true meaning of Jeremiah 29:11. My door is always open and I look forward to getting to know your family."

Miss Rhonda Roechelle Searles
Class: K-3 Teacher

"I am the lead teacher in the “young” Pre K-3 room. I have taught the A-Beka curriculum here for 7 years. My long-term goal is to become a music teacher. "

"I have been in MC4’s infant room for 8 years. I love working with children because my husband and son is the most important thing to me and I care for others the way I care for them."

"I have been with the infants here at MC4 for 9 years. I have a Bachelors degree in home economics and one of my long-term goals is to become a foster parent."

Class: 2 Yrs olds

"I have been here at MC4 for 2 years. I work with the older two year olds. One of my goals for the future is to learn as much as I can about child development and have a large family of my own."

"I work with the three year olds here at MC4. Although I am new to MC4 my parents as well as one of my siblings are all in the education field and I look forward to following in there foot steps."

"I am a resident of Dickinson. I have been in the childcare field for 22 years. I assist Mrs. Anderson with administrative duties and am responsible for closing up the center. I have the CDA, CPR, and First Aid certifications.  One of my long term goals is to become a lay Chaplin."

Mrs. Kim Nguyen
Class: Infants

"I nuture infants 6 weeks to 5 months old. I am a resident of Texas City, Texas. I am new here to Mainland but I have been in the childcare field for 2 ½ years. I am First Aid and CPR certified and I speak 4 languages. I am currently working on a degree in Dental Hygiene and look forward to raising my daughter to be smart and independent."

"I am one of the Pre K 3 teachers. I am a resident of La Marque, Texas. Although I am new here to Mainland; I have been in the childcare field for 2  years. I am First Aid and CPR certified and I’m currently working on a degree in early childhood education."

Louthena (Tina) Hall
Class: Toddlers

"I reside in Texas City, Texas. I have been at Mainland for 3 years and I teach the toddler I class. I am CPR and First Aide certified and in my 9 years in the childcare field I have learned one thing, children are gifts from the Lord and need to be treated as such! Some of my life goals are to raise my children in a Christian home, obtain my CDA, and own my own childcare center. I would like to say thank you for allowing me to learn and grow with your child."

"I am a resident of Bacliff, Texas. I am a teachers aid here at MC4. Although I am new to Mainland, I have studied child care in high school and Tech College. I am First Aid and CPR certified and I look forward to serving you and your child in any way I can."

"I am a resident of La Marque, Texas. I am one of the young two year old teachers here at MC4. Although I am new to work here, I am a member of Mainland Community Church and I have been in the childcare field for 2 ½ years. I am First Aid and CPR certified and look forward to serving you and your child in any way I can. One of my long term goals is to own a photography studio."

"I am the curriculum coordinator here at MC4 I am a resident of Texas City, Texas and I have been at Mainland for 8 years. I have First Aid and CPR certification and I am currently working on my CDA. One of my long term goals is to complete my level III sign language."
